Jeff Estes is the Co-founder and COO of GoodRec, a pickup sports app that makes it easy to find and join games near you.
GoodRec was co-founded with Lewis Black and Midori Koide. The mission: no matter what city you're in or what sport you want to play — soccer, volleyball, basketball — you should be able to open the app and join your game in seconds.
As COO, Jeff focuses on operations, growth, and making sure the product actually works for the people who use it. He came to GoodRec from years of playing pickup sports across different cities and running into the same problem: wanting to play, but having no reliable way to find a game.
